OUR MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of The Detroit Metro Area Musicians and
Entertainers Association (DMAMEA) is to assist all
Fine and Performing Artists as a platform to excel in all
aspects of entertainment.
HOW DMAMEA WORKS!!!
DMAMEA was created for local musicians and entertainers to
build solidarity, offer camaraderie and provide cost assistance
with emergencies and health care issues.
DMAMEA Annual Financial Goal is $10,000. Those who join,
connect with other artists in support of this goal and through
membership receive member privileges, rewards and services.
MEMBERSHIP INVOLVEMENT
DMAMEA welcomes all constructive criticism, suggestions, event ideas, fundraising/sponsor leads and volunteers. Each comment must be presented to the board in a letter form one week prior to weekly board meetings. Either by mail, e-mail or in person. When suggesting an event be prepared to co-chair or to have an incremental part in the event.
